SHIPPING POLICIES
WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY
All orders are delivered in-home, to the room of your choice, unless otherwise specified. We ship our orders via independent blanket wrap delivery carriers. When placing your order, please note any instructions for our delivery carrier.
LEAD TIME
All pieces that are built to order have a lead time of approximately 8-12 weeks, excluding transit time. Transit time may vary depending on your location. Contact us to confirm your lead time. In stock items arrive within approximately 4 weeks.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Once payment is submitted, orders may not be cancelled, refunded, or returned. Our furniture is built to order and the process begins as soon as payment is made. Please double check the details of your order before purchasing.
DAMAGES
Please inspect shipment immediately. Any damage that may have occurred in transit must be reported within 3 days of receiving delivery. We will resolve any issue as quickly and efficiently as possible. The customer is not responsible for shipping charges for return of damaged items or replacements. Photos may be requested for filing a claim. All shipments are insured.
PLEASE NOTE
Imperfections and knots in the wood are to be expected, as is color variation. This is totally normal with solid wood furniture and gives each piece its unique look. This is not considered damage and will not be eligible for an exchange or refund. If you’d like to specify your wood boards, please note that at point of purchase and an additional fee will be added as we will need to order extra materials.
